Cynthia Duncan began her financial career with Rice Financial in 2002. During her time here, Cynthia has formed strong personal relationships with her clients - providing comprehensive financial planning with a focus on their lifelong financial well-being. Holding an MBA from the University of Manitoba along with CFP and CLU designations, Cynthia is currently working toward further designations through the Canadian Securities Institute.
