To buy your GIC online follow these simple steps:

1. Refer to the top rates page for the best GIC rates in your province and determine your term. If you are experiencing difficulties, or have any questions or concerns about this program, please call 1.800.392.1388 ext.352.
2. Complete the client information and consent form, print and sign it.
3. Make a clear copy of two pieces of your identification (for each account holder); one must be a photo ID. A copy of your ID must be stamped and signed by a notary public.
4. Fill out the online GIC purchase form, then print and sign it.

5. Write a cheque in the amount of your investment, payable to Rice Financial Investment Trust Account.
6. Mail (registered mail is recommended) the original signed applications, the copies of your ID, and cheque to:

Once your application has been received by the distribution sales specialist team, we will confirm and secure the best available rate for your term and investment. Once this is confirmed, we will inform you of the rate and the financial institution with which it was placed.
