Our website has been designed to be user-friendly and current with website programming. If you are experiencing some issues, please review the following and implement the instructions appropriate for your internet browser software.
All Internet Explorer Users:
- Open Internet Explorer and click on the tools tab.
- Select internet options from the sub-menu.
- Click on the advanced tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of this page to the heading security (with a picture of a padlock).
- Make sure the Use SSL 2.0, Use SSL 3.0 and Use TLS 1.0 options are check marked. If not, place a check mark beside all three options and click the apply button.
- Click OK and close Internet Explorer.
Please Note : If you are using Internet Explorer 7.0, you will also need to complete the following steps
All Firefox or Netscape 8.x:
- Open your browser and click on the tools tab.
- Select options from the sub-menu.
- Click on the advanced icon.
- Locate the security column in the list of options.
- Make sure both the Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0 options are check marked. If not, place a check mark beside both options and click the apply button.
- Click OK and close your browser.
All Netscape 6.2x, or 7.x:
- Open your browser, and click on the edit tab.
- Select preferences from the drop-down menu.
- Double click on Privacy & Security.
- Click on SSL appearing below Privacy & Security.
- Make sure both Enable SSL Version 2 and Enable SSL Version 3 are selected. If not, place a check mark beside both options.
- Click OK and close your browser.
Where can I get a 128-bit encryption browser?
To protect your privacy while viewing your CENTRAC online, you should be using a 128-bit encryption browser. If your browser does not use this level of encryption, you can download a browser with 128-bit encryption. Note: we do not endorse specific internet browsers. Following are links to some of the more commonly downloaded internet browsers available today:

ALL Internet Explorer 7.0 users must complete one of the following steps:
- Download certificate directly
- Click on save once you clicked on the link above
- Save it to a location on your computer
- Go to the location where the certificate was saved
- Right click on the certificate
- Click on Install Certificate
- Click on Next
- Click on Next
- Click on Finish
- You will received a message "The import was successful", click on the OK button
- Delete the file
OR
- Download certificate from VeriSign
- Click on the following Verisign link
- Click the Select All Button,
- Create a new TXT file from Notepad
- Open the TXT file
- Paste the certificate into it
- Close and save
- Rename the TXT file to Intermediate.cer
- Accept name change
- Right click on the file (Intermediate.cer) and select Import Certificate
