Our website has been designed to be user-friendly and current with website programming. If you are experiencing some issues, please review the following and implement the instructions appropriate for your internet browser software.

All Internet Explorer Users:

  1. Open Internet Explorer and click on the tools tab.
  2. Select internet options from the sub-menu.
  3. Click on the advanced tab.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of this page to the heading security (with a picture of a padlock).
  5. Make sure the Use SSL 2.0, Use SSL 3.0 and Use TLS 1.0 options are check marked. If not, place a check mark beside all three options and click the apply button.
  6. Click OK and close Internet Explorer.

Please Note : If you are using Internet Explorer 7.0, you will also need to complete the following steps

All Firefox or Netscape 8.x:

  1. Open your browser and click on the tools tab.
  2. Select options from the sub-menu.
  3. Click on the advanced icon.
  4. Locate the security column in the list of options.
  5. Make sure both the Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0 options are check marked. If not, place a check mark beside both options and click the apply button.
  6. Click OK and close your browser.

All Netscape 6.2x, or 7.x:

  1. Open your browser, and click on the edit tab.
  2. Select preferences from the drop-down menu.
  3. Double click on Privacy & Security.
  4. Click on SSL appearing below Privacy & Security.
  5. Make sure both Enable SSL Version 2 and Enable SSL Version 3 are selected. If not, place a check mark beside both options.
  6. Click OK and close your browser.

Where can I get a 128-bit encryption browser?

To protect your privacy while viewing your CENTRAC online, you should be using a 128-bit encryption browser. If your browser does not use this level of encryption, you can download a browser with 128-bit encryption. Note: we do not endorse specific internet browsers. Following are links to some of the more commonly downloaded internet browsers available today:

  4. Safari:

ALL Internet Explorer 7.0 users must complete one of the following steps:

  1. Download certificate directly
    1. Click on save once you clicked on the link above
    2. Save it to a location on your computer
    3. Go to the location where the certificate was saved
    4. Right click on the certificate
    5. Click on Install Certificate
    6. Click on Next
    7. Click on Next
    8. Click on Finish
    9. You will received a message "The import was successful", click on the OK button
    10. Delete the file

    OR

  2. Download certificate from VeriSign
    1. Click on the following Verisign link
    2. Click the Select All Button,
    3. Create a new TXT file from Notepad
    4. Open the TXT file
    5. Paste the certificate into it
    6. Close and save
    7. Rename the TXT file to Intermediate.cer
    8. Accept name change
    9. Right click on the file (Intermediate.cer) and select Import Certificate
